The project links to a community development tool called www.torcom.org.uk that went live in early 2006 and provides a range of information for VCOs. In addition a sister website called www.torbuy.org.uk was launched in March 2008 and provides a facility for auction and classifieds to assist VCS fundraising. This project will continue to deliver these websites and build on them by providing support for users by focussing on three strands and employing three key members of staff.
