Health and Mobility: outreach in mid Wales - Project

Project overview

The project will improve the mobility, safety, independence and inclusion of at least 4,924 vulnerable people with multiple health and mobility disadvantages in Powys and Ceredigion, especially in rurally isolated and deprived areas. The three year grant will pay for 3 full time Outreach workers, recruitment costs, expenses, monitoring and evaluation, marketing, purchase of 3 vehicles and equipment.
