Project overview

Valleys Kids will run fitness workshops in Dinas, Penygraig, Penyrenglyn and Rhydefelin to encourage adults to become more physically active and lead healthier lifestyles. They will also be involved in social activities and encouraged to volunteer for other projects with the aim of being more actively involved in their local community. The project meets the Awards for All aim of 'improving access and participation'. This grant for £4,995 will fund workshop leaders, transport costs and materials.
