The aim of the project is to provide the opportunity, leadership and resources to enable voluntary sector BME groups to expand, modernise and sustain their delivery.The project will be delivered through one to one support, training courses, peer group mentoring and an online advice and information service. The focus of the project will be on management within BME groups to deliver performance improvements.
