Project overview
This project empowers management committees, staff and volunteers so they are able to manage the financial affairs of their organisation, and increase confidence that financial decisions are in the best interest of their group. The project will offer continued support through a variety of methods including training courses, one to one support on site and online, paper based and telephone resources and support.
