Project overview
This group will run a funding support service of training, events, master classes and one-to-one sessions. They will also increase the number of commissioning contacts successfully tendered by VCOs by holding matching exercises. A lobbying exercise will also take place with statutory bodies seeking a culture shift to proactively engaging the VSC in procurement, and practical mechanisms will also be available through an interactive website and workshops.
