Trees for Cities was established in 1993 for the planting and protection of trees and the education of the public. The proposed project is the development of the Thomas More Estate in the London Borough of Barnet. This includes planting of trees, bulbs and shrubs as well as a native hedgerow. Educational and community workshops will promote the use of this breathing place to members of the public. Around 2,000 individuals from the local community will benefit from this project.
