Project overview

The project will create a Youth Focus Centre within a rundown ground floor of Baglan Library in the heart of the community. It will create a much needed space for the young people of Baglan to meet and "chill out". It will create a secure enclosed environment for all year round activities and participation. The facility will create a place of belonging, creating a sense of ownership and social responsibility and reinvigorating a community, amenity and recreation area.
