This project aims to improve the health and fitness of YP from Sheffield's Afro-Caribbean community. Activities will take place in three locations across the city and will be run by YP and a project worker. They are likely to include: healthy eating, choosing recipes, budgeting/costing and shopping for food, food hygiene and food preparation. The project will also run campaigns chosen by YP that will influence their peers to make healthier life choices.
