The Change Leader Network project has been developed by Change Leaders, a group of young people aged 12-19 years in the estate communities of Bromley-by-Bow and Tower Hamlets. The project will encourage and enable young leaders to feel safe, confident and responsible when demonstrating the change they want to see in their neighbourhoods. Project activities include training courses developed with the young people e.g. goal setting, working with beliefs, attitudes and breaking negative patterns.
