The Amber Valley school in Nottinghamshire will use funding to develop a series of outdoor areas including a community garden space for people to enjoy, and a willow tunnel developed by both pupils and the community to display information on the wildlife seen in the area. The pupils will also take part in activites such as building bird boxes and tending to plants. The wider community will assist in the project.
