The Radio Lounge - Project

Project overview

This group provides an audio newspaper service for people with visual impairments, as well as volunteering opportunities to learn about radio and studio production. It will use the grant to fund a number of new studios, allowing it to update its current equipment and to provide a focussed programme of training for its volunteers. This grant will go towards the cost of refurbishing the recording studios.
