The project will enable the group to work with and gain referrals from relevant agencies to provide young people who have additional support needs the opportunity to take part in the group's youth development programme 'Sea Change in Young People'. The project would cover the cost of 84 beneficiaries to become involved in the voyages and learning new skills, which will allow them the opportunity to develop personally and, in some cases, become peer mentors within the organisation.
