The council will use the grant to run the 'Creating Biodiversity Skills' project which carry out workshops to train volunteers to monitor the wildlife, plants, trees and flowers in the local nature reserve. Once trained, the volunteers will identify and record the different types of unique or endangered species in the reserve so that they can be monitored and protected.
