Taste Tideswell aims to 'Grow it, Cook it, Make it and Sell it' and sell local produce under one brand name. It includes a community nursery, kitchen garden and professional kitchen for community use. A training kitchen will be developed to teach local school children and for adult cookery courses. Their 'Village Champion' is top UK consumer brand expert Tim Nicol, who has worked for Mars and launched popular pasta-sauce brand Dolmio in the UK.
