Project overview

This community group based in Hillingdon will use the award to deliver healthy eating and yoga classes; and provide a bilingual volunteer on a daily basis to users of the group where they face isolation and lack self-confidence. It will also train a group of volunteers who will provide support and an opportunity to meet and learn basic computer lessons.
