The project will offer an enhanced advisory service by utilising a new peer advice delivery model. The peer advisors will provide specialist outreach advice and support to their particular client group on subjects ranging from housing advice to the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). This new project is aiming to offer each client group a holistic service and offer assistance on all rights and responsibilities information, whilst offering an empathetic approach.
