Groundwork Bury, Bolton, will develop an underused site situated between two housing estates, by creating a community nature area to be used by local residents and community groups. Work includes installing a new pathway, improving wildlife habitats and organising community taster events. A local nature awareness leaflet will be created and a steering group, which has been developed, will be further supported.
