Learning for Health and Fitness - Project

Project overview

This charity will carry out an outreach learning project for adults, which will focus on health and fitness and take place in six local parishes. A one day trial event will take place in each parish and this will be followed up by short courses in areas such as sports, dance, healthy eating, IT, first aid and taking care of your heart. This will increase skill and encourage participants to take up similar activities in their local community.
