Project overview
This new project is to support the development and sustainability of VCOs, to be 'fit for purpose' and have the capability to access sufficient income. This will be achieved by developing a 'Fit for Purpose' Good Practice Guide (Toolkit), covering development processes such as: business planning, governance, employment, financial management, workforce development, monitoring and evolution and sustainability and income generation.
