Addaction Scotland - Ayrshire Next Steps Project - Project
Project overview
This project will support people with barriers to the labour market due to substance misuse helping them move towards employment. The project aims to improve confidence, basic skills and to provide experience that will enable clients to progress into employment. The project will empower service users by handing over much of the responsibility for planning and running their own training programmes, with the support of Addaction staff who will agree action plans and goals with each individual.
