Project overview

This Oxfordshire organisation will establish a mobile juice and smoothie stall that will be staffed and run by people with learning disabilities, who will also gain Food and Safety Catering Level 2. They will also be supported by volunteers who will receive training in safeguarding and support work. Smoothie bike and blender, fruit press and crusher, fridge, freezer, uniforms, publicity and marketing, food hygiene course, volunteer training, transport and sessional staff.
