Project overview

This is a project by a charity in Barking and Dagenham. The group will use the funding to train volunteers to become peer mentors and deliver an employment skills programme for people experiencing depravation. This will provide the beneficiaries with the skills to overcome barriers to employment, improve their self esteem and provide them with a source of information and support. It will also provide the volunteers with new skills.
