Helping Torture Survivor Families Recover to Rebuild their Lives
Helping Torture Survivor Families Recover to Rebuild their Lives - Project
Project overview
This group will continue their existing work among extremely traumatised and vulnerable families. From their centre in Glasgow this project will provide intensive and long term holistic support to families who have experienced torture and have fled their country of origin. Through the provision of specialised systemic family therapy the project will strengthen family relationships, social connections and will improve wellbeing. The beneficiaries of the project will include asylum seekers and refugees.
