Reaching out to carers in Mid-Argyll, Kintyre and the Isles - Project

Project overview

The group will extend its carers service to the areas of Campbeltown, Tarbert, Islay, Jura and Gigha. The group will provide a monthly service in each of these areas, delivered by locally recruited volunteers. The volunteers will provide advice, information, support and a recreational outlet for carers. The grant will fund travel costs, accommodation costs, subsistence costs, venue hire, carers lunches, events, materials and advertising costs.
