Home Start offer support, friendship and practical help and advice to young families with multiple children under 5 years in the local area. This project is to arrange a group/family visit day to Paultrons Park, enabling children to participate in various physical activities aimed at under 5's and allowing parents to feel less isolated and be included in a group/family day.
