Project overview

This group maintains the grounds and community centre in Fairburn as well as promoting the facilities for community use. The project will improve the recreation ground, and contribute to the levelling of the playing field and improve disabled access. The site is used by sports groups including cricket, football, rounders and school athletics. The award will also include funding for sports kit and equipment.
