Project overview

This group will use an award to develop a community cafe, which operates from within the group's premises and provides light refreshments for visitors. By purchasing new kitchen equipment, the volunteer-run cafe will be able to provide healthy meals that are not currently available. The project will also enable the group to offer training courses in healthy cooking, cooking on a budget and food safety for service users.
