Project overview

This group will run a 'Remembercise' project, working with older people with dementia and physical disabilities. This will involve sessions combining exercise and movement based on a reminiscence topic, followed by discussion. At the end of the project a booklet will be produced drawing together the content of the sessions. The award will fund an exercise tutor and booklet production.
