Project overview

This organisation manages a time bank of people with skills which they can exchange, and provides services for social support and welfare. It will use an award to provide a series of free lunch sessions in which beneficiaries will be able to experience a range of therapies, including massage and reflexology, exchange skills, ideas and information. Sessions will be open to people who have an unpaid carer's role, or are suffering from domestic abuse, depression, social exclusion or rural isolation.
