Project overview

The Topaz Trust Limited provides for the needs of disadvantaged people and those with learning and physical disabilities in the Clacton area. The project is to upgrade both the ladies and gents toilets and replace the dangerous flooring in their community building. Groups that have shown an interest in using the building have been put off by the poor facilities, which are now considered a Health and Safety risk.
