Project overview

This group will develop a pool of local volunteer community helpers for cooking, well being and relaxation sessions. The programmes will be aimed at young people, older people and people with mental health problems. They will cover topics ranging from cooking on a budget, healthy cooking with young children and parents and relaxation and well being sessions.
