Mindful Families - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to run a free mindfulness project for children, young people and their families who are experiencing severe or multiple mental health disadvantages and who would not normally take part in any therapeutic activity due to health, social, emotional or economic reasons. The aim of the project is to help people reach their potential through kindness and awareness by supporting them as families, unified in the place where they live.
