Project overview

School Of Hard Knocks will use the grant to run one of their 12-week programmes of employability skills, physical team-based exercise and mental health support for unemployed adults in Bridgend, to give them the skills they need to create a positive, healthy and active future. £9,405 will fund venue hire, participant's food and kit, coaching and behavioural support, and a mid-course challenge.
