Project overview

The funding will enable the project to develop and deliver weekly health and wellbeing sessions for young people aged 11 ' 25 living in south west Wiltshire. The supervised sessions include a monthly fitness class but this will be developed to include mindfulness, such as Yoga or Pilates and there will be a focus on LGBT+ young people and their parents/carers.
