Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver a series of physical and mental health activities including, dance, yoga and mindfulness to a wide range of people within the local area. The project aims to bring people together to reduce feelings of isolation and reduce anti-social behaviour within the local area whilst improving peoples health and well-being.
