Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver a 48 week structured exercise programme (6 hours per week) working with different vulnerable groups that include homeless people, female domestic abuse victims, military veterans and people with mental ill health, such as anxiety and depression. The aim is to improve mental health to reduce feelings of low mood and isolation.
