Victory Church Cwmbran in Torfaen will support young people, children and families through providing courses in life-skills and parenting, and a homework club. They will also make their building more accessible by installing disabled access to the toilet. £9,850 will fund office supplies, signage, media and IT equipment, bathroom and office space renovation.
