Building Trust and Foundation Investment in Wales - Project

Project overview

Project Summary : The Community Foundation in Wales (CFiW) will employ a project coordinator to engage with third sector groups and organisations to better understand how they access Trust and Foundation funding, what the awareness levels and how they understand funder requirements, as well as identify skills, capacity and confidence issues. Engagement will also take place with Trust and Foundations, in and outside of Wales, to identify what the challenges are in investing in Wales and how this can be improved. The project will benefit at least 150 community groups and charitable organisations from across Wales. What Money is for : The grant of £100,000, over two years, will cover salaries, expenses, marketing, monitoring, event and engagement sessions as well as general revenue costs. This forms part of the overall costs.
