Out of the City, Into the Wild - Project

Project overview

The organisation will use funding to run Wilderness therapy weekends for disadvantaged young people who are at risk of exclusion or have mental health conditions. Activities will include navigation, canoeing and mentoring and will lead to a recognised award. This will enable them to increase their social skills and wellbeing as well as gain new skills.
