Project overview

The organisation will use the funding to deliver a mixed programme of weekly physical activities including walking groups, dance, yoga, boxercise and multi-sports for vulnerable women. This will provide volunteer opportunities, and a range of activities to improve the physical, social and emotional wellbeing and confidence of participants, and help them become active in their communities.
