Project overview

The funding will be used to run a women's health group for asylum seekers and refugees, including exercise and healthy eating sessions to improve mental and physical health and wellbeing. The money will also go towards room hire, sessional Zumba, cook instructor, refreshments, admin/overheads, healthy food, publicity, evaluation and music equipment.
