COMMuniTY CHESTERFIELD - Project

Project overview

This project will link together Chesterfield's health and social care voluntary community sector (VCS) and communities. There will be a fully accessible space to act as a 'link and liaison' between the VCS groups and communities, students and staff. Acting as connectors, the centre will enable new relationships and skills share collaborations that will help address the challenges and opportunities faced by Chesterfield's communities and its VCS groups with regards to health and social care.
