Project overview

The hospice will establish a patient information centre and wellbeing support groups, providing those with life limiting illnesses and their families and carers with vital information, resources and support. An online portal will also be created, in order to reach those who may be otherwise excluded from accessing the service due to due to health conditions or mobility issues.
