Project overview

The organisation will involve a diverse range of community members in a programme of 'Our Town' themed dance, samba and lantern making workshops, culminating in the Festival of Light Community Parade. The aim is to bring the whole community together in a common celebration of Blackburn, instilling a sense of togetherness and pride in the area.
