Sale West Wellbeing Classes - Project

Project overview

The organisation run fitness and wellbeing classes including Keep Fit, Pilates, dance In Line and Yoga. All the community are welcome, and attendees include grandparents and their grandchildren, older people in their 90s, people with learning difficulties, physical and mental health issues and people who are isolated. The funding will enable the classes to continue for a further year.
