Project Summary : Community Heart Productions in Flintshire will use the grant to work with local children to educate them on plastics and non-biodegradable rubbish being swept into rivers, clean up the riverbanks and beaches and create a performance event to educate the rest of the community on the importance of creating a plastic free River Dee. What Money is for : This grant for £9,950 will fund freelance workers, learning resources, transport, venue hire, litter picking equipment, insurance, running costs and marketing, and the performance event.
