Standing Together Cymru - Project

Project overview

The project will provide peer support to 450 people aged 55 plus living in retirement housing across South East Wales. Activities will improve social networks so that they feel less lonely and socially isolated. Support to deal with difficult situations will also positively impact on their mental health and emotional wellbeing. The grant, over three years, will fund salaries, management costs, project running costs and overheads.
