After you apply

It usually takes around 21 weeks to get a decision. We’ll contact you to talk about your application, and to get more information if we need it. We'll review your application and carry out checks on the information you've provided. You can read more about what checks we carry out.

If your application is successful

We’ll email you to let you know. You’ll then need to:

• sign and return a funding agreement

• send a bank statement from the last 3 months

• have an induction call with a funding officer

Once that’s done, you can start your development work. You must spend the funding as agreed in your application, unless we’ve agreed any changes in advance. We’ll check in with you from time to time. You can read more about managing your funding.
