Who cannot apply

We cannot accept applications from:

• unincorporated charity or community group
• individuals or sole traders
• organisations based outside the UK
• companies that can pay profits to directors, shareholders or members (including companies limited by shares)
• one organisation applying on behalf of another (unless you’re applying together as a partnership)
• organisations applying to more than one of our funds for the same work at the same time

If you’re already applying to us for this work

It’s ok to have different funding from The National Lottery Community Fund for different pieces of work.

But you can only apply to one of our funds at a time for the same piece of work. So you cannot use our other funds to match fund your #iwill Fund application.

For example, you can apply to #iwill Fund to run a project. But you cannot apply to our Reaching Communities fund at the same time, for the same work.

If your #iwill Fund application is not successful you can apply to another of our funds for the same project at that point.
